LITORAL
The Argentine Litoral is located in the northeast of the country. Understanding the provinces of Santa Fe, Entre Rios, Corrientes, Misiones, Chaco and Formosa. This region has two distinct geographical areas: the Gran Chaco that besides the provinces of Chaco and Formosa- includes part of Santiago del Estero and northern Santa Fe and Cordoba; and Mesopotamia which is the enclosed area between rivers comprising the provinces of Entre Rios, Corrientes and Misiones. The highest, 80 meters, is the famous Devil's Throat. The waterfalls pass along cliffs and islets, and they are arranged in a way that seems like a half moon.
