PUERTO IGUAZÚ
The magnificent Iguazu Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, is made up of 275 waterfalls that fall from the most diverse heights. The highest, 80 meters, is the best known: the Garganta del Diablo. The jumps run along cliffs and islets, divided into a half moon that forms this geographical feature. The trails can be covered on foot or opt for a picturesque small train of the forest, of gas combustion, which depart from the Visitor's Center. The panoramic views from the catwalks and viewpoints make the stay an unforgettable experience. Beyond the falls and waterfalls, the jungle proposes a series of different alternatives. Almost 500 species of birds, around 80 of mammals, a great variety of reptiles, fish, insects and butterflies inhabit this ecosystem. (Photos courtesy: Inprotur)
