The central “Sculpture” building includes common spaces such as the living and dining room, a library, three suites and Strato Cucine's Italian-designed kitchen. The main Vik Beach building is surrounded by six small beach houses consisting of two or three bedrooms and a private garden.
The area under the houses has been excavated to create an additional space that houses a 12-meter-long cellar, game room, gym, and spa with two treatment rooms. This space also includes an interior dining room with huge windows overlooking Playa Mansa and the outdoor grill area.
